strategy
Market and customer research, and data. From there: positioning, the offer, the buyer journey and the go-to-market plan.
A Dymic Digital company. We diagnose the growth system first, then rebuild it, run it and leave it in the company.

Dymic Digital was built on one idea: strategy, design, media and data work better as one team than as separate vendors.
Working with PE-backed companies, we kept hearing the same questions from sponsors. What does marketing cost, what pipeline does it produce, and what does it contribute to EBITDA? Most portcos couldn't answer, because spend was spread across vendors and nobody owned the handoffs between them. Private Equity Marketing Agency is our answer: diagnose the system first, then fix what the diagnosis points to.
We learn the business before we recommend anything. The failure usually sits between channels, not inside one, so we look at the whole system first.
We say plainly what's producing pipeline and what isn't, and recommend what the business needs, not what we happen to sell.
We plan for the full hold period. Assets that compound beat a campaign that spikes and fades.
We work next to the management team and respect functional lines: sales closes, operations delivers, customer success retains. Marketing contributes to all three.
Pipeline, CAC and CAC payback, defined the same way in every portco, in terms a board and a buyer's diligence team accept. If we can't rebuild a number the same way twice, it isn't in the report.
Accounts, data and records are set up in the portfolio company's name. We work inside them as users, so if we part ways, there is nothing to hand back.
Three teams, all in-house, deployed where the diagnosis says they matter. The people who study the business also shape the brand and run the media.

Private Equity Marketing Agency is a Dymic Digital company, led by Dymic's executive team: Dennis Kirwan (CEO, Co-Founder), Jesse Heller (President, Co-Founder) and Kurt D'Amato (COO, Director of Marketing).
Strategy and research, brand and design, website and conversion, SEO, paid media, content, and attribution and reporting, run by one team and deployed where the diagnosis calls for them. We're not a fractional CMO, we don't do executive search, and we don't run sales teams.
Most growth problems in portcos sit in the system, between channels, not inside one. Diagnosing first means the hold period goes to the work that moves EBITDA, not to more channel spend.
Not by default. Agencies and channels that produce pipeline at an acceptable CAC stay. We work alongside them and change only what the diagnosis says to change.
The portfolio company does. Ad accounts, analytics, the CRM, email lists and design files are set up in the company's name from day one, and we work inside them as users. If we stop working together, there is nothing to hand back.
