Only what you give us. When you request the free audit, we collect your name, firm and email, plus anything else you choose to fill in: the portfolio company, your role, what's coming up, and any numbers you entered in the calculator.

If you call us, we'll have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.

Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you load. These logs keep the site running and secure, and they're deleted after a short time.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and the site sets no cookies. Your browser briefly remembers which page transition to play between pages; that stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

To prepare your audit, email it to you, and follow up about it. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Audit requests are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel, and a notice of each request goes to our team's internal Slack workspace so we can respond quickly. These providers handle the data for us under their own security and privacy terms. Data may be stored in the United States.

As long as we need it to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under local law. Email info@dymic.com and we'll respond. We won't treat you differently for asking.

This site is for business professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
